
Do I need to complete all required training to be eligible to participate?
All prerequisite training must be completed prior to September 31st 2023 to be eligible to claim the complimentary voucher ($250 value).
I have registered, when will I know whether I have been enrolled?

What to do if I have multiple learning accounts?
We advise that all users keep a single Now Learning account and a single Webassessor account to prevent access issues. If you have multiple learning accounts they MUST be merged - please follow the steps included here: Change my email address and merge my accounts
I am registered for the program but can’t attend the live events. Can I still participate?
While we prefer that you attend the live events, you can still participate if you are unable to attend a session. Live events will be recorded and shared afterwards.

How do I prepare for my Certification Exam?
You can study for your Exam by reviewing the pre-requisite training content (You can review your training within Now Learning by navigating to your Profile > My Learning > Completed).

Certification Expiration – Don't let your certification expire!
When you earn a certification, it is based on a specific ServiceNow release. As ServiceNow launches a new release you will need to keep your certification current. Certification holders need to take the delta exam(s) to maintain their certification with each release. You are not required to retake the Mainline Certification Exam unless your certification has expired.
As a certified candidate, you are automatically enrolled for delta exams in Now Learning. Mainline Delta Exams are assigned beginning with the ServiceNow product release following your Mainline Certification. You will continue with Mainline Delta Exams for every release after you initially earned the Mainline Certification. Delta Exams are 10 Questions or Less and are available for a Limited Time.

How can I check my certification status?
We recommend viewing your Certification status often in Now Learning – You can see all your Certifications within your Profile under “My Certifications”.
When the Mainline Delta Exam window is open, your status will show At Risk, alerting you that you need to complete delta exam(s).
Mainline Delta Exam Window
The Mainline Delta Exam Window is a 90-day period in which Mainline Delta Exams must be completed. The Mainline Delta Window begins 15 days after the general availability date for the ServiceNow bi-yearly product release.
Be sure your email address is up to date in Now Learning. ServiceNow will send you reminders.
I failed my first attempt at the exam; can I re-use the voucher?
Vouchers are only valid for one exam attempt. For additional details on exam re-takes, please see the Certification Journey Guide – Obtain your Exam Result.
