Official Rules for Summer Campus
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
- Overview: ServiceNow, Inc. (“Sponsor”) may offer incentives to ServiceNow Partner Program members and employees as part of the Summer Campus(“Contest”). Sponsor reserves the right to stop offering Contests at any time.
- Eligibility: The Contest is open to ServiceNow Partner Program members and employees who (i) register for the Contest, and (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years old and who will complete the entire Customer Service Management or Field Service Management assigned learning path within the timeframe of the contest. Employees, temporary workers, interns, officers, and directors of ServiceNow, Inc., its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all other entities directly associated with this Contest (“Released Parties”), and the immediate family members and members of the same residing in the household of any of the above are not eligible to enter. Employees or officials of any government entity are not eligible to enter or win a prize.
- Entry Period: The Contest begins on 31/07/23 and ends on 02/10/23. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
- How to Enter: Instructions for how to participate will be provided to all Eligible Entrants. By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest, which are final and binding. You cannot obtain a free exam voucher unless you comply with all requirements in these Official Rules. There will be 250 vouchers which will be determined on a first come, first serve basis.
- Notification: Candidates will be notified via the email at the close registrations.
- Odds of obtaining a voucher: The odds depend on the number of entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
- Requirements: Each candidate agrees to comply with the ServiceNow Partner Code of Conduct, in addition to all applicable provisions of anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, rules, and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the UK Bribery Act 2010, and any applicable commercial bribery laws. Each winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability form and applicable tax forms.
- Incentive: Each candidate has two months to complete their training program(“Prize Period”). Vouchers not redeemed within the Prize Period maybe forfeited. Any voucher details not specified will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A voucher may not be transferred prior to award and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if a prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
- General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Contest, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor.
- Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Contest and/or accepting a voucher, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, injury, loss, damage or cause of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, acceptance or receipt of any voucher, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in any prize-related activity, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (d) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any voucher. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
- Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Contest will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Statement.
